Operation Manager

What You’ll Do

Community Management

• Build and grow active Web3 communities across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other platforms;
• Design and launch community campaigns (e.g. AMAs, quests, airdrops) to drive engagement and retention;
• Set up and manage ambassador programs, contributor groups, and local language support;
• Collect and analyze community feedback to improve user experience and inform product direction;
• Own user growth metrics and community KPIs.

Twitter & Social Media Ops

• Lead the strategy and execution for Abel’s official X/Twitter account;
• Create high-impact tweets, threads, and host Spaces with a crypto-native voice;
• Collaborate with KOLs, creators, and other communities for content syndication;
• Monitor analytics to continuously optimize for engagement and reach.

Content Operations

• Write compelling content including campaign copy, educational articles, blogs, and announcements;
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and creatively with Web3-native tone and timing;

Event & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute online/offline events such as hackathons, community campaigns, co-marketing drops, and live sessions;
• Build strong relationships with KOLs, creators, and ecosystem partners to co-host engaging activations;
• Track and analyze campaign results to iterate and improve.

Collaboration & Ecosystem Growth

• Coordinate with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to align operations with core goals;
• Build partnerships with other Web3 projects, platforms, and media outlets;
• Identify ecosystem opportunities for co-growth and co-marketing within the Web3 landscape.

What We’re Looking For

Background

• 3+ years of experience in Web3 operations, community management, or growth marketing;
• Familiar with blockchain concepts including DeFi, AI, NFTs, DAOs, and crypto culture.

Skills

• Excellent copywriting skills (both English & Chinese preferred), with strong cultural sensitivity to Web3 tone;
• Proficient with tools like Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, Notion, and community platforms like Zealy, Galxe, Layer3;
• Strong data analysis capabilities — can turn insights into strategy.
