Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and design of creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing strategies.

  • Execute and support end-to-end marketing campaigns for products and services across various online and offline media, including Graphic Design, UI/UX Website Design, Copywriting, Digital, and Social Media Marketing.

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communication Specialist and marketing team to develop engaging content, visual assets, and digital marketing materials.

  • Design and manage website assets, ensuring an optimal user experience, responsiveness, and brand consistency.

  • Support UI/UX website improvements, including layout design, navigation, and overall website performance.

  • Create marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, website graphics, advertisements, and social media content.

  • Assist in digital video and photography projects, contributing to creative direction and execution.

  • Ensure high-quality output of creative assets for web, print, and digital marketing channels.

  • Stay updated on design trends, UI/UX best practices, website management tools, and emerging creative technologies.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX website design, digital marketing, or related creative roles.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), Figma, or other UI/UX design platforms.

  • Experience in website design and management using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS tools.

  • Strong skills in branding, conceptualization, typography, layout design, and content creation.

  • Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual and written materials.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
