Security Delivery Practitioner

Assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts.

Job Description:

SME acts as the primary technical contact and provides advanced technical troubleshooting support and resolution for the support cases raised by Cloud customers. SME will lead and manage escalated and critical issues, be a technical point of contact, and drive the issues to resolution.

SME strives to deliver support services high productivity and quality and motivates the team towards the same goals. SME will interact with the TSE team and act as a single point of contact.

4-6 years of experience in security architecture and engineering

Provide excellent technical guidance to customers utilizing GCP services aligning with their security requirements

Provide best practices on secure cloud implementations and provisioning infrastructure and applications

Work with Customers, Partners to provide tailored solutions for their Cloud Security concerns. Qualifications: Experience and Technical Skills

Wide understanding of Security principles

Experience in Cloud Security context such as but not limited to: Identity Access Management, Key Management systems, Cloud Data loss prevention, Identity Platform, etc.

Experience in understanding attacks and mitigations in Google Cloud Platform

Experience in securing Google Cloud environments

Experience in technical troubleshooting

Experience coding with one or more programming languages (Java, Python, etc.)

Amenable for a full RTO setup and flexible working schedule Educational Background

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields Certifications

Associate Cloud Engineer Certified (Must have), Security-related certifications (Good to have) Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
