Lead UI/UX and Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We seek a UI/UX & Graphic Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces and engaging marketing graphics. This role involves designing web and mobile UI, developing social media and web graphics, and enhancing user experiences across digital platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality design execution.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless UX.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices.

Graphic Design:

• Create web graphics, banners, and promotional materials for digital marketing.
• Design engaging social media assets (posts, ads, and stories) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop marketing collateral, including infographics, email templates, and landing pages.
• Work with the marketing team to optimize visual content for different platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX & Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Ability to design compelling social media graphics and web assets.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
