Brand Activation Supervisor at Detail Cosmetics Squad Cosmetics

Manage cross-channel planning and activation process and workflow for active campaigns across select group of accounts
Act as integration support collaborating with media strategy, omnichannel, social, search and content syndication teams throughout the full life cycle of active campaigns
Work in close collaboration with Brand Marketing team and Sales Team translating plan to inputs for activation; consult on optimizations throughout campaign life-cycle to meet and/or exceed performance goals
Contribute to timely and updated status reports across active accounts
Own and foster growth in the relationships with agency partners, where applicable
Support internal training and development initiatives specific to agency media operations and activation process, from media launch to final reconciliation, as applicable.

Bacherlo's degree in Mass Communication, Communications Technology, Communications Arts or Fine Arts.
With experience in handling people and knowledge on events organizing and events activation.
Creative, preferrably familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Above average communication skills, willing to travel, and good interpersonal skills.
