Email Marketing Virtual Assistant

Role: Email Marketing VA

We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing VA to help manage our email campaigns on Graphy. This role focuses on copywriting, strategy, and data analysis. You’ll be working closely with our branding lead to ensure all email content aligns seamlessly with our overall messaging and design strategy.

Tasks:

• Copywriting & Messaging – Craft engaging subject lines, email content, and CTAs that reflect our brand voice.
• Data Analysis & Optimization – Monitor email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and adjust strategies for improvement.
• Campaign Setup & Automation – Structure and refine email sequences, ensuring proper segmentation and automation.
• Collaboration with Branding & Design – Work alongside our branding lead to maintain consistency across email, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Platform Familiarity & Execution – Manage campaigns on Graphy, ensuring smooth implementation and optimization.

Note: No heavy design work is needed. You’ll primarily reuse templates and refine layouts to match client's branding strategy.

Tools: Graphy & Canva

Must Have: Portfolio samples or case studies showcasing email marketing success, including campaign strategies, performance metrics, and optimization insights.

Rate: $4/hr 

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours

• Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversions
• Ability to analyze and interpret email performance data
• Familiarity with Graphy & Canva
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
