Our client, a leading Japanese automative MNC whose mission is advancing mobility solutions, supporting markets, and ensuring high-quality products and services for customers in Asia, seeks to recruit a After Sales Marketing Specialist. The main role for this person is to manage Service Parts and Accessories order and supply within and outside Asia Pacific regions
Day to day task:
1. Order management: to ensure smooth order receiving and processing
2. Supply Operation :
a) Handle enquiries from Distributors
b) Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement
c) Handling of shipment documentation, e.g Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading etc to ensure smooth custom & clearance by importers
3. Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report
4. Handles SAP Payment of supplier and buyer invoices
5. Prepare monthly report to report on KPI results
