  • According to the company's strategic plan, responsible for formulating departmental annual goals, operational strategies, including product positioning, marketing strategies, and promotion plans, reasonably planning and controlling operational budgets, optimizing advertising placement, promotion costs, etc., and improving input-output ratio.
  • Responsible for the daily operation of the store, including product updates, information maintenance (such as title optimization, description refinement, image updates), price adjustments, and inventory management.
  • Use data analysis tools to monitor store operation data (such as traffic, conversion rate, average customer value, etc.), regularly analyze sales and market data, and optimize product structure, page design, customer service processes, and traffic acquisition strategies based on this.
  • Competitor analysis, competitor analysis, timely understanding of platform policy changes, striving for more resources and support, and solving problems encountered in the operation process.
  • Manage the operations team, assign work tasks, supervise execution, and organize team training to enhance the professional skills and work efficiency of team members.
  • Understand the Southeast Asian market and be familiar with the policy rules of Shopee and Lazada platforms;
  • Diligent and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit, and excellent teamwork spirit;
  • Obey other tasks assigned by superiors, have strong communication and management skills, and can grow together with the company.
  • More than three years of management experience in Lazada and Shopee are preferred.
