Description
Scroll is a security-focused Ethereum scaling solution, building Layer 2 on Ethereum through design innovation and zero-knowledge proofs. Compared to Ethereum, the Scroll network is more accessible, responsive, and can support more users simultaneously. Deploying takes less than 10 minutes and feels just like Ethereum.

Scroll will host the first City Cup-themed mini online hackathon in the APAC region and invites all Web3 developers to participate. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded developers to create exciting projects. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced developer, we welcome your participation. After the online hackathon, an offline meetup will be held in Hangzhou, where outstanding projects will have the chance to win prizes and demo opportunities. More ecosystem and development resources will be shared with hackathon participants in the future! We sincerely hope you will join the Scroll ecosystem and grow with us.
