- Customer Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing their needs and providing assistance as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Keep customers informed about product availability, special offers, financing options, and warranty information.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information and records in the CRM system.
- Order Processing and Documentation:
- Assist customers with vehicle orders, including taking vehicle specifications, processing sales orders, and managing inventory requests.
- Process all required documentation accurately and efficiently, including sales contracts, financing paperwork, and registration forms.
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate credit applications and loan approvals.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper preparation of vehicles for customers.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with providing customers with detailed information about vehicles, pricing, promotions, and available features.
- Support in scheduling vehicle test drives, coordinating customer appointments, and following up on leads.
- Provide customers with accurate information about financing options, trade-in values, and special promotions.
- Customer Retention and Relationship Building:
- Develop customer loyalty by staying in regular contact, offering maintenance reminders, service specials, and keeping customers informed about new products or services.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure that customers are satisfied with their vehicles and to identify any further needs or concerns.
- Handle customer retention initiatives, ensuring clients return for services, upgrades, and new vehicle purchases.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle models, features, technology, and pricing to effectively assist customers with product-related questions.
- Continuously educate yourself on dealership promotions, policies, and financing options to provide accurate information to customers.
- Attend training sessions to improve knowledge of automotive products and services.
- Sales Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and transactions within the CRM system.
- Generate reports for management to analyze customer satisfaction, sales performance, and potential areas for improvement.
- Support in tracking customer feedback and assisting in the improvement of overall processes.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure that customer vehicles are serviced promptly and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Work with parts and service teams to ensure inventory levels are adequate for customer demands.
- Strong personality
- At least 5'3 height
- Willing to travel across different cities to attend biddings
- Great communication skills
